Frozen Blueberries

Our frozen blueberries start their journey in the same fields where generations of Johnson kids stained their fingers purple at harvest time. We let the berries hang until they are plump and sweet, then pick and flash-freeze them within hours, locking in color, nutrients, and that burst of fresh flavor. Pour them straight from the bag into smoothies, muffins, or warm oatmeal, and they thaw into little pockets of summertime. Because they are individually frozen, you can use a handful or the whole bag without waste.
