Heirloom Tomatoes

Our heirloom tomatoes carry the kind of old-fashioned flavor our grandparents built this farm on. We trial varieties all season, then keep only the ones that slice up sweet, tangy, and full of juice, the way a backyard tomato should be. You will see all shapes and colors in the bins - marbled reds, sunny yellows, and dusky purples, each with its own personality. We pick them by hand in the cool of the morning, so they reach our farm store still warm from the vine, ready for BLTs, caprese salads, or a simple plate with a sprinkle of salt. Grown in soil we've fed with cover crops and compost for generations, these tomatoes are proof that patience and good dirt still matter at the dinner table.
